Challenges
Unbanked people want financial services that align with their values. SureCash v2 aims to remove barriers and simplify daily finances. To achieve this and grow, we needed to improve our old app's usability.
Increase user engagement and conversion by clarifying the brand, mission, and unique value proposition (UVP).
Enable users to quickly and easily find relevant services.
Facilitate easy data evaluation for informed decision-making.
Simple. Secure. Rewarding. NoboPay enables easy P2P transfers, savings features, and business growth—all with trusted security.
NoboPay's simple app delivers financial access to the 75% unbanked through intuitive design and essential services.

Making the app easy to use and accessible to users with limited literacy skills.
Access to value-added services such as Request Money and Agent Points.

Users will save time and money by using the mobile app.
75% of adults do not have a bank account bringing mobile banking within their reach.
Users can trust the app’s robust security and privacy features, ensuring their personal information is well-protected.
By delivering a highly intuitive mobile app packed with diverse financial services, we not only attract but also retain unbanked and underbanked users, meeting their unique needs effectively.
By offering convenient digital payment options, we can encourage users to adopt cashless transactions.
Because of the nascent nature of the product, our team had limited data regarding users and their engagement with old mobile app uses. Because most of the users use USSD service. In order to uncover and prioritize the most salient user needs and usability issues, we applied the following research methods:
Card Sorting & Tree Testing: To optimize and confirm the app’s information structure.
Usability Testing & Heuristic Evaluation: To pinpoint and resolve usability issues efficiently.
Importance of Simplicity: Users in rural and semi-urban regions favored straightforward, intuitive designs akin to the previous bKash app, steering clear of intricate services.
Need for Speed: A significant 45% of users expressed a desire for quick transaction capabilities, highlighting the importance of efficient solutions.
Difficult to find SureCash agents: The challenges users faced in locating SureCash agents indicated a critical opportunity to enhance service delivery and build user trust.

The main purpose of this design is to simplify the services, offer/promotion info, user info, and navigation in an accessible and understandable way. That’s why I arrange all the information and elements as per its necessity and uses. The navigation and app layout structure are followed by the Strict Hierarchy Model. It gives users only one way to access the subpages: from the main page. This structure is a good choice for digital products that have a specific purpose.

We conducted design sprints to facilitate collaboration cross-departments. Product Designers, Product Managers and Creatives contributed their fresh ideas in this sprint. The purpose of these sprints is to align everyone on the same goal—To improve our consumer experience by solving our user's problems today.

Mobile Screens
The micro-merchant market in Bangladesh is a vast untapped opportunity for new-generation digital solutions like TallyKhata. Here is a snapshot of the market size:

SureCash functions within a highly competitive landscape, contending with significant competitors such as bKash, Nagad, and Rocket, which poses challenges to its market share and expansion.

The emphasis on the payment sector has postponed the company's ability to meet user demands and respond to the innovative services launched by its rivals.

SureCash boasts an extensive agent network; however, there may still be regions, especially in remote or underdeveloped areas, where service coverage is limited.
